Parche House has always been about one thing—unforgettable moments. And now, we’re taking it to the next level. We’re building a brand-new finca in Guadalupe, Antioquia, just 2 hours from Medellín. But here’s the twist: this finca is only for locals or people already visiting Colombia.
Whether you live here or you’re just in town for the weekend, this is your new go-to party destination.
🌳 Welcome to the Jungle: Forest-Themed Nightclub Vibes
This is not your typical party finca. Imagine a nightclub hidden in the forest—synthetic grass on the floor, trees growing in every corner, moss hanging from the ceiling, and LED lights slicing through the leaves. At the center, a custom DJ booth shaped like a massive glowing tree trunk.
Whether you love house, techno, or reggaetón, this space is designed to feel like nature and nightlife had a wild baby.
🏊 Foam Parties Just Got an Upgrade
You already know the Parche House foam parties are legendary—but wait until you see the new pool. Bigger, deeper, and built for chaos. Our Sunday morning foam party is getting an upgrade with more lights, more bubbles, and more space to dance and vibe with your crew.
🛠️ Construction is Underway!
We’re in build mode right now, and everything is coming together beautifully. From the lighting system to the custom tree designs—we’re crafting something truly different.
Opening Day: October 10th, 2025
We’ll be sharing sneak peeks and construction updates on Instagram and right here on the blog. Stay tuned!
🚫 Not for Tour Packages
This finca is not part of the international Parche House tour experience. It’s made specifically for people who are already in Colombia—locals, travelers, and those who love the Medellín party scene.
So if you’re already here or planning a weekend trip nearby, this is for you.
